Purchases of the original sheet music scores and parts may only be made by submitting an orderform and/or e-mail requesting the items required. EZDuets.co.uk may then respond either by e-mail (or telephone if permitted) with details of the payment and delivery methods.
All payments will be via PayPal; no onsite facility will be available any form of monetary transaction. Scores and parts will only be sent on receipt of PayPal's notification of payment received and cleared, to the exact value of the order as advised by EZDuets.co.uk and no transactions will be entered into upon offers of larger amounts of financial deposits. Scores and parts will usually be sent out within 3 days of PayPal's notification of payment received and cleared, for the exact amount of the order, however in practice this is usually within a few hours.
Prices are inclusive of VAT if applicable. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the delivery email address details are correctly advised and that correct management of any spam or trash folders or any other filtering systems are maintained in order to ensure delivery. No responsibility will be accepted by EZDuets.co.uk for failure to deliver or late delivery if these details are not adhered to by the purchaser.
EZDuets.co.uk reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of any item at any time. This may take place whether or not an order has been confirmed at that time. Any such price change will be shown on www.ezduets.co.uk and the amended price will be advised by e-mail and the opportunity granted to cancel any order already received but not paid for if preferred.
All information and descriptions on www.ezduets.co.uk, including the sound samples, is purely to describe the goods for sale as accurately as possible.
EZDuets.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw any of the items advertised at any time for any reason, and if an item is out of stock or has been withdrawn after an order has been received, you will be given the chance to amend your order or a refund will be granted for any overpaid amount due to inability to deliver any item(s). No other losses will be deemed the responsibility of EZDuets.co.uk through inability to deliver any item, or delay in delivery due to reasons beyond our control.
If any item should be received in a faulty state, it may be returned for replacement if an e-mail is sent us promptly, when we will advise how to return the item(s). However, responsibility for the item becomes the purchasers once delivery has taken place.
All scores and individual parts are subject to normal UK copyright laws and may not be copied or distributed to any third party outside the realm of the intended players of the scores and/or parts, nor recorded or publicly performed for financial return. Any such action will constitute an infringement of copyright unless prior permission is sought and granted in writing specifically from EZDuets.co.uk.
